Intside Sales Representative

Full-Time – Exempt
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for conducting sales calls over the telephone and in person, based on Phamatech’s existing databases. This position is also responsible for maintaining customers and servicing existing clients.
PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for meeting a minimum outbound call quota of 70 calls per day.
2. Must handle inbound calls from potential as well as existing customers.
3. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
4. Must perform all duties and responsibilities within quality system guidelines.
5. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB PROFILE: A. SKILLS Must have a professional, pleasant phone manner and good verbal communication skills. Must be computer literate and possess good organizational communication skills. B. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent required. 1 year sales experience preferred. Knowledge of Outlook Express, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Goldmine preferred. C. TRAINING
Training required shall be conducted as defined within the Company Training Procedure and Matrix. |
