Contracts Assistant

Phamatech was founded in 1991 by a small group of dedicated scientists and business executives. Some tasks are daily and some are as assigned by Contract Manager:

♦ Review and summarize bid on checklist
♦ Attend bid conference and opening as needed
♦ Schedule meeting to review bid
♦ Submit questions by due date
♦ Research and complete requirements on checklist
♦ Participate in pricing decision
♦ Complete and submit bid
♦ Confirm delivery and check status of award process
♦ Work with account manager and client to implement bid
♦ Request tabulation for losing bid
♦ Maintain bid database and log
♦ Organize and maintain standard bid responses (technical, collection...)
♦ Sourcing bids on other search engines
♦ Maintain bids log
♦ Update passwords, manage fee payments of bid sources
♦ Register Phamatech on various federal and state approved bid lists
