Customer Service Representative

♦ Full-time customer service rep position available, Monday - Friday
♦ Looking for customer focused, friendly, reliable, dedicated, detail-oriented applicant, able to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment with a positive attitude.
♦ Manage large amounts of incoming calls
♦ Responsibilities include frequent client interactions via phone and e-mail, order processing, order tracking, filing, data entry, problem solving and account set-up
♦ Computer literacy required


♦ Excellent writing and communication skills required
♦ Keyboarding proficiency
♦ Computer knowledge
♦ Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
♦ Phone experience
♦ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs


♦ The position offers an hourly pay of 12.50/hr.
